All-natural state

Tried to eschew my blog but I guess I've become too attached to it, simply cos' I love writing. lolz.

Launceston (Tasmania) like what my ex (-student) told me is mountains everywhere. Pretty much true I would say. As my blog title states, the Tassies (not sure if there's such a term) hail themselves as the All-natural state, which is why tall buildings are not allowed and they try to keep everything as untouched by humankind (feminists dislike the use of 'Mankind') as possible. So if you love nature, scenery, greenery and all that, you will love this place. Other than that it's pretty sedated, serene, still and soothing, especially at the Cataract Gorge which is simply gorgeous. A picture paints a 1000 words so Computer Dummy me will now attempt putting in some pictures:

Nice? Hmm. Hope the pics do justice to the place.

Oh I also went the strawberry farm (lolx, Stella will hate this place!) and picked a tub of fresh wholesome strawberries. and we had fresh strawberries and cream for a cheap $5. For those of you who miss Jon, you can catch the manhunt contestant in action sashaying down the strawberry fields. In case you're wondering, the girl beside him is his pretty housemate.

Guess for now these are the two main attractions I've been to. You guys will be envious of me cos I get to sample Jon's marvelous cooking. He whips up food from his own recipes. Can set up restaurant liao. His wife will surely become bai bai pang pang having a hubby with such good cooking prowess.
Ok, I guess that's all for now. More later.
Next stop: Cradle Mountain.
